Aishwarya Zion Budaga, Co-founder of SculptX with Ashish Budaga, brings hands-on expertise in Human Resources. She has worked with top e-commerce and edtech companies, managing recruitment across all levels—from campus hires to senior leadership positions.

Her career journey exposed a gap that went far beyond hiring:

From building college hiring pipelines to managing critical leadership hiring at a fast-scaling startup, she saw one pattern repeat: even the most talented people often lacked clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.

That shared insight with Ashish Budaga—that education had overlooked the most important subject of all: self-awareness—led to the birth of SculptX. Together, they set out not to start another personality development brand, but to spark a movement that helps students transform from within.
